Our beloved son and brother Jake Stephens passed away on August 30, 2019, after a years-long battle with addiction and depression. Many people have reached out offering help and support. Our primary concern right now is his four surviving children: Katie (14), Tagg (12), Brystol (9), and Waylon (5).
Their father was a huge-hearted, generous, charismatic man who helped many people during his life. When he was healthy, he was a phenomenal father and provided outstanding financial support for his children. Unfortunately, after his illness, he did not leave any financial resources. But he did leave his children hundreds of people who love and support them.
In lieu of flowers for the funeral, we are encouraging people to donate in their behalf. We would also appreciate any other contributions people could afford to give to help his sweet family.
