Jake Kirschenbaum Life Revival

Jakes health is, and has been at serious risk and he needs help more than ever. 

For everyone who knows Jake, he is the warrior and amazing human that we all cherish and adore indescribably. But for those that know him well, know that he is the extremely independent, wave destroying maniac that has a hard time asking for help. I am starting this gofundme because jake needs help. In the last 4 months Jake has gone from 138lbs to 104 suffering from a very severe and life threatening case of Ulcerative Colitis, this hit him hard and fast, right after being married and having a Child and he has been in and out of the hospital for the last 4 months almost dying on a few occasions, needing numerous blood transfusions and is nowhere near out of the woods. He is currently at UCLA medical hospital. Jake currently has Medi-Cal insurance which is not the best when it comes to helping someone with his situation. He is in need of treatments that are out of this network, and expensive on top of being out of work for 4 months, hospitalized, and with a new child, this has been and will continue to be very difficult for him and his family as he is on the road to recovery. 

Anything helps. We all want our shiny, ray of light that is Jake back, for ourselves, his family and most importantly for his newborn son.
