J's Flooded Home

On the weekend that the hurricane hit Houston, we had a lot of rain in SWFL.

Instead of having the birthday party that was planned for Jaime's daughter, her home which was on the river flooded, which ruined all of her belongings and left her and her children without a home. River water filled up each room with almost two feet of water.

Her plan was to work as hard as she can (which still is her plan) to get back on her feet, but then we had Irma hit and she wasn't able to work her normal hours, either.

It's taken me this long to convince her to allow me to start his GoFundMe for her but I know that those who love her and support her will not have a problem with helping her get back on her feet and into a new home!

Please consider helping this Sarasota mom and her two kids get re-established in a home of their own and start from scratch again.

The money from this GoFundMe is going to Jaime directly for rent/living costs (Figuring at least $1100 X3 (first, last, security) and the extra to go toward furniture, clothes, shoes, toys, etc., that was lost because it's all damaged due to river water and mold beginning to grow. The other option is using the money to rent a spot at a local park where she might be able to stay in a friend's RV while looking for permanent housing.
