Jaelyn Hontz

Jaelyn was diagnosed with Brain cancer in October 2018. She has since met her out of pocket and has cancer Medicaid to cover other cost. Unfortunately neither Humana or Medicaid will pay for a medical stroller or her daily feed supplies. She is currently fed through a G-Tube with High calorie formula and Enfalyte. This will help alleviate some of the cost. Myself, Kim and Eddie have all taken time off work to help care for her and it has become too much.
