Jada puppy needs help

Jada, my pup of 10 years adopted (rescued from the pound and has been absolutely an phenomenal companion) needs surgeries we cant afford to make her life Normal. She has some blood blister tumors that rupture all the time leavingbus to keep her in a mud room. She still has a lot of life left and we cant see her being put down for a simple situation such as this. Please help me save my baby for as long as she's willing to be a pup.
