Jacques Cartier Memorial Fund

Annette Longo Bene is organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Ed Elliott.
Jacques J. Cartier, Jr, our friend and co-worker of DBi Services passed away unexpectedly on May 28, 2017 in West Hazleton.

He was not only a wonderful friend but also a model employee earning the esteem of the entire Region, he was named Employee of the Year 2016 for Region 1.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his son, Dakota and daughter, Giavanna
