Jacob's Farewell Memorial Fund

A mother and father should never have to bury their 16 year old son, or 4 brothers say goodbye to their lifelong companion so soon in life. Jacob was a gentle giant, he came from a caring home, and was a genuine soul. Unfortunately he suffered from depression and bipolar disorder. As sweet as he was he just could not cope with the struggles in life. Between the late hours of July 6th & 7th Jacob was taken from this world and today the family is left without him.

On behalf of his mom, Dorothy I have set up this page to help ease their financial burden. Please, anything you can spare to help this family would be much appreciated. All of the funds will go directly to them for his memorial. I have known this family for 18 years; they are a large, tight knit, hard working family, who deserve nothing but love and support at this time. Thank you!
