Jacob Eshom kidney / pancreas trans

Jake and Viki need your help!  Jake is at the top of the list for a kidney and pancreas transplant.  This is great news!  However, with such a major surgery there are an abundance of expenses. Some expenses they simply can not handle alone.  Medication after the transplant can cost up to $960 a month.  Vicki will need to stay in San Fransisco for 14 days after the transplant.  She will need a hotel close to the hospital ( hotels are $200+ per night).  Vicki will also need to take at least 2 months off from work.  She is currently working three jobs to support the household.  Any amount of support would be greatly appreciated.
Here is a little bit of Jake's story.  At 11 years old he was diagnosed with diabetes.  In 2011 he was diagnosed stage 3 renal failure.  He was diagonosed with Hepatitis-C stage 2.  After many treatmnets in 2016  he was cured of the Hep-C. His blood type is "O" which is an uncommon blood type.  In 2013 he had a potassium induced heart attack.  He started dialysis in 2014.  He is currently getting dialysis 3 to 4 times a week.  He had 3 fistula surgeries.  He has been unable to work since 2014.  In 2015 he had a heart catheterization and a liver biopsy witch caused internal bleeding and infections.  He has had several liver treatments. A bone marrow biopsy was also peformed.  In 2017  he went into septic shock and was put on life support.  He had to have 2 blood transfusions and he had to have 2 additional fistula surgeries.  Jake also had an increadibly low white blood cell count (also known as neutropenia).
This little family has been through so much and have battled through this crazy life together.  They are so strong but really need our help right now.
