Jacob Cress Memorial

Jacob Cress, a loving husband, father, brother, and friend, gone too early.  On October 14, 2018, Jake was involved in a tragic accident at his parents’ farm.  Jake leaves behind his wife, Melissa, their children, Kael and McKenna, his parents, Randy and Carol, two brothers Jeremy and Jordan (spouse, DJ), many aunts, uncles, nieces, and a nephew. Words cannot express the emotions at this time, as we are all numb.  Jake was selfless.  He was an adoring father and loved spending time with his family.  He helped so many others.

At this most delicate time, we are trying to help this young family any way that we can.  We would like to try and take away some of the financial burden the family now faces with the loss of Jake.   An account is also being established at Citizens State Bank in Olin.

Please keep Jake and his family in your prayers.



He is Gone

You can shed tears that he is gone,
Or you can smile because he lived,
You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back,
Or you can open your eyes and see all that he has left.
Your heart can be empty because you can't see him
Or you can be full of the love that you shared,
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember him and only that he is gone
Or you can cherish his memory and let it live on,

Or you can do what he would want:
