In Loving Memory of Jackson Pursey

We would like to take the time to honor one of our own. Jackson Pursey was a Sushi Chef at Mikuni Kaizen for the last year where he embeded himself into our big and beautiful family. He always had a smile on his face, with a great "willing to help anyone" attitude. The relationships he had with our staff will most definitely never be forgotten or replaced.
