Jackson Memorial Education Fund
For well over a decade, the Nashitsakha Family has hosted hundreds of students, advisors, and professors in their Western Kenya home with the mission of improving education in their community of Khwisero. Jackson Nashitsakha served as Project Coordinator for Engineers Without Borders - Montana State University (EWB-MSU) on projects throughout Khwisero, deftly guiding community engagement, technical implementation, and project monitoring.
On the evening of Sunday, November 1st, 2020, the Nashitsakha Family, EWB - MSU, and the community of Khwisero lost a key leader when Jackson passed away. Surviving him are his wife Nelly and his children Johnson, Sims, Hillary, Megan, Valary, and Raffin.
This fund intends to support the Nashitsakha Family for annual educational expenses including school fees, uniforms, and other materials. Jackson knew full well the value of education, having enhanced the formal and experiential learning of thousands during his work with EWB-MSU and in other roles including serving on school boards. Please consider making a donation in Jackson's memory.
