Jack Needs a New Set of Wheels!

Hello, my name is Nora Al-Qadi and I am currently a senior in Industrial Engineering at the University of Illinois. I am trying to reach out to the community for some help!
My old high school teacher and family friend, Mrs. Downs, has two sons - Jack, 9, and Charlie, 5. Jack was born with Cerebral Palsy and a few other health complications. Despite this, Jack is honestly one of the smartest and funniest kids I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Jack is constantly proving doctors wrong in all that he is accomplishing.
Unfortunately, the Downs' are working off of only one income because Mr. Downs stays home to take Jack to appointments & in case Jack is feeling ill.
Here's where you come in and have the chance to get Jack that new set of wheels! :)
Jack is really in need of them as his current wheelchair is literally falling apart. About $3,500 has been raised, but Jack still needs about $4,500 more.
