32I'd like to introduce myself, my
name is Jack Lamb, I am 23 years old and I am from Nottingham. I have been
chosen to study at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York with a
Merit based Scholarship. Only 16 students from around the world have been
selected for this class and I am incredibly lucky to be one of them.
It is a two year post graduate acting programme. During which I will learn from some well respected teachers, meet other some of the most talented individuals from around the world and live in one of the greatest cities in the world. Needless to say this is a huge opportunity for me.
The two year programme starts in January 2014 and I would really appreciate if you could help me with my tuition fees and living expenses. The fee for my course is $29,000. I will of course be working while I am there and doing all I can to support myself but $29,000 is a formidable amount to raise and any help would go a long way toward something I've dreamed about forever.
