Jackie's Medical Fund

Tuesday February 7th was one of the scariest mornings of our lives. We received a call from our mom that she had passed out and didnt know what was wrong. She was going in and out of consciousness and had to be rushed to Addison Gilbert Hospital. Once she was admitted they noticed alot of her levels were all over the place and not where they should be. They were still very confused why she passed out several times.  So they did a few more tests and found out she was losing blood somewhere and her blood levels went down 15% overnight. The next day they did a few more tests and gave her two blood transfusions before being transfered  to Beverly Hospital. Once she got to Beverly Hospital and all results came back she was told news no one ever wants to here. Our mother was diagnosed with Colon Cancer. This is not only devistating news to someone but this is her second time being diagnosed with cancer. Our mother is the strongest woman, most amazing mother and Grandmother. She would do anything and everything for the ones she loves. She always puts everyone else before her with a big smile on her face. We can not begin to explain how horrific this news is to our family.  Our mother will be going into surgery tomorrow morning to get the tumor removed from her colon. We are praying it has not spread and so far it looks like it hasnt. She will be out of work several weeks recovering from surgery and any further medical procedures that need to be done.  She has many medical bills as well as other bills that are going to begin to stack up. We couldnt thank anyone enough for the donations as well as prayers! We need all the prayers we can right now, Thank you
