Jackies dying wish of a holiday abroad xx

Jackie moved to Coventry from Stockton on tees over 30 years ago , we are so glad she did !! She has become part of our family. She’s had more than her fair share of life’s downs through her life but always remains positive and supportive to everyone around her . She is one of the most selfless people I have met . Always putting others before herself . Within the last 12 months she was sadly diagnosed with bowel cancer and is still undergoing chemotherapy. She received the devastating news today 16th January that her cancer has spread , she is now grade 4 and terminal. Jackie had booked a holiday with family and friends for September last year which unfortunately had to be cancelled due to her cancer . Receiving that devastating news today , it is her last wish to go on her holiday abroad to Turkey with her family and friends . Unfortunately due to having her cancer treatment and the toll it’s taken on her both mentally and physically as she’s not been able to work due to this . She has though continued to support her local church north point Coventry and has helped the under privileged and most vulnerable in her community - this is typical of Jackie always thinking of others and trying to make a difference despite her own issues and struggles . Myself and her family and friends have set up this page , to try to raise the funds to send her on that holiday she so desperately wants and deserves , so she can make those memories fulfil her dying wish .

Jackie has 3 children, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren (the twins ) is a daughter to her lovely mum shiela (her dad Jack in heaven ) she has brothers and sisters , she lives for her family and is loved by so many

We have had quotes of approximately £4000 for her travel insurance alone :-(

The funds will be used to pay for her holiday , some spending money to treat herself (something she rarely does ) and pay for her insurance . Any questions , please do ask .
