Jack's Colic Surgery

So many families in our area know Jack as wonderful pony who has safely taught countless children to ride while performing his duties perfectly over the years at Pony Paddock. On March 21st he went down in his stall due to colic and Dr Erica Lacher determined he was a surgical case. After a successful surgery at the Equine Medical Center of Ocala his discharge bill on March 28th his bills was almost $9000.00!

His family has maintained medical insurance for him but due to his the policy only covers $3500 of the cost - at most. We are so happy we were able to save him but it has been a shock to the bank account!  We would truly appreciate any help in covering some of his surgical expenses. If you have enjoyed Jack and feel led to help, please help his owners and Molly with these astronomical expenses to get Jack healthy and hopefully back to his beginner lessons or lazing in the field if that's what he needs after his long recovery.
