Jack Huerta - Surgery Expenses
Donation protected
My good friend and colleague, Jack Huerta, is in a bit of a tough spot. I've started this page for him and his family to help them cover living expenses and bills as he has only been able to work seven days this year, and only seven days last year since his first Lumbar Fusion surgery in May 2017.
Jack has been unable to work due to disc degeneration - the L2, L3, and L4 were all bone on bone, and the pain was unbearable. The surgeon utilized a technique called ALIF, Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion which involves the use of bone and tissue taken from donors. This is just one example of how being a donor can benefit others.
Jack's wife Lynn is working as much as she can to make ends meet and pay the bills, but there's no way they can keep up with such a daunting financial task without some help. Their 16 year old daughter Lily also just had Spinal Fusion Surgery for a severe case of Scoliosis on July 16th, and is recovering from her surgery as well.
Jack and I have worked together for years and he's a close friend of mine - and I can't imagine a more humble, kind, and dedicated individual who hates to be in such a predicament. He would never ask for financial help on his own, so I'm more than honored to help in any way I can.
I'd like to return to Jack the kindness he has shown so many of us over the years. Please consider donating to help Jack and his family offset the bills that are piling up while Jack recovers in these coming weeks. Your consideration and kindness are greatly appreciated!
