Trip to U of Utah medical center

A few months ago a family member posted that her fiancé was in need of a kidney donor. I filled out the initial questionier (I assume a lot of people did.) Since then, I have done many tests and have had all sorts of screenings done. I found I am compatible with him as a kidney donor but, I still need one last test taken on my kidneys (which needs to be done at UofU.) On January 19th, I will need to have the test done at the University of Utah Medical Center. We will then need to stay out there until the result come back from the Mayo Clinic the following Monday. At that point, if all is good I will do all of my pre-op testing on Wednesday January 24 at the Univesity of Utah. All medical costs are covered but travel, lodging, and food are not. We are going to drive to do this as cheap as possible.

If all the pre-op is good surgery will be the next step.
