Paul and Ann Coakley need our help!
They are preparing for the arrival of their 4th child, and simultaneously trying to finish (with the help of Ann's family) remodeling their Tennessee home on Ann's family farm, which they returned to this past year in an effort to provide more space for their growing family.
This year has been challenging-Ann lost twins in the spring, there was a delay in insurance coverage causing unexpected expenses, and finally, this remodel has taken much longer than anticipated; one new job leads to another and now it looks as though they won't get in until mid-year 2015.
...and in the midst of this, the family received some very difficult news this week: Paul has testicular cancer that has metastisized to his lungs, and possibly other places in his body.
WE NEED TO HELP THIS AMAZING FAMILY FINISH THE HOUSE AND HAVE A WARM AND SAFE PLACE TO RESIDE IN WHILE THEY FACE THE UPCOMING MONTHS OF SURGERIES & TREATMENT!
WE ALSO NEED TO HELP THEM COVER THEIR MEDICAL EXPENSES!
There are many, many people who have had their lives impacted by these two as individuals, and as a couple, so it's no surprise that many members of family, friends, Brothers of the Eternal Song (Paul's FUS household), other FUS alumni, and more have already started planning to pull together to do the work (separate communication and dates to come on that from various people)...but the work will also require professional contractors, and a lot of material.
Medical expenses have already started to come, and will only increase, starting this Friday, 12.26.14, when Paul goes in for surgery.
Please help this family in any way you can!
They are two of the most selfless, kind, joyful, and faithful people, and they need us.
All funds will go towards the house, and other expenses the family face, including medical.
