Please Help Me Save Lola

My baby (dog) Lola went missing Saturday, May 18, 2019. I take her and her brother walking almost everyday 1 at a time. Her turn was over so I took my other dog and left her outside to drink and eat. They even have a small pool outside that they love to get in after a walk. I was gone for no more than 40 minutes and when I got back to let her in and my other dog out to do whatever he needed to do after his walk, Lola was gone. My fence was closed because I don't even let them out of the fence, they always come through the house. I am 99%sure that she did not get out of my fence. I'm almost 100% sure she was taken. I looked all over for Lola and have been in a deep depression because she was nowhere to be found. This morning I found Lola in my yard at 8:19. She was shot (by a gun) and is COVERED in fleas. The bullet broke her bone and now I have to decide in a few days if I'm going to euthanize her or amputate her leg ($400) because I can't afford to fix it. The metal bracket surgery is between $1000- $2500. She was shot from the back so she was obviously trying to walk away from someone. I'm in shambles right now. My husband has been out of work for medical reasons for 2 months, he is an extremely tough worker but he is still recovering from emergency back surgery. Every penny I make has been going to bills. I want to save Lola's leg completely but I'm asking for help to get the $400 for her amputation since the surgery to save her leg is so much. Lola is my child and it's hard to believe that I may be faced with euthanizing her over a wound and a broken leg. That sounds so evil to kill something over something so simple. She is in great spirits, waging her tail and licking me like crazy. The doctor thinks she was hit by car but the wound goes in and out and the front of the wound is a perfect circle. The doctor (vet) said it could be but he can't tell. Lola literally saved my life when I got her at 6 weeks old. She is almost 3 years old now. I was going through a very hard loss at the time and it was hard to live with that loss....and then my husband got me Lola. She has been my saving grace and I can't lose her. Please help me save Lola. I already have her Amputation appointment set up for next week incase I can come up with the funds. Thinking about amputating her leg is so heartbreaking but the thought of losing her (again) officially is absolute torture. I hate that I have to ask and I know this is a desperate plea but that's exactly what I am right now...DESPERATE TO SAVE MY BABY. Lola is my shadow. She also has never tried to escape and even when she has free range on acres of land, she never strays too far from me. Lola is a fun loving dog with plenty of years left. Even after all of this she is super excited to be home and she can't decide if she wants to play or sleep. Any and all help is greatly appreciated since no one within a 2 hour radius does payment plans and all funds are expected the day of all services and wvwn if they did payment plans with my current financial situation I'm not even sure thst I could promise a payment in 30 days or whatever the agreement may be. My heart is so broken given these choices. The doctor gave me flea meds, antibiotics and pain meds for Lola for a few days to give me time to try to get the money. ❤ I love her so much and a 3 legged life would be better than no life at all seeing how happy she is only using her 3 right now.
