Help with medical bills

As most of you know Matt and Jami have been working hard to pay the medical bills from her attack after the state didn't. They still owe about 5 thousand for those after paying more than 11 thousand on them already. Things have been incredibly difficult for them with those monies being garnished. Then Matt fell ill and was hospitalized for more than a week in total with numerous tests and treatments still ongoing. They received their first bill today for Matt. For just the first hospital he was in. Their portion of that is almost 2 thousand dollars and they still have more bills that will be coming in for his second and much longer hospital stay. Plus the billing for all the tests he has received including multiple biopsies. Right now he is unable to get one of the medications he needs because that alone is $360 on top of all the other medications he has needed. Jami has stopped going to all of her appointments for her face and back. They have cut out all unnecessary bills and are selling everything that they can. They have helped me and many others when we needed it without hesitation and have never asked for anything in return.  I wanted to help in any way I could even though I'm unable to contribute financially. Over the last year I've seen several people suggest they set one of these up and stubbornly she has refused. So I am setting this up from Jami's account while she thinks I'm using her computer to do some work.I want to make it as easy as possible for them to get the help they need.  I know they will appreciate any help.
