We're Going to Nationals!

Superfly is going back to Nationals! We are raising money to help players cover the cost of traveling to Milwaukee.

 

2022 is our first trip back to Nationals since 2018, and the first trip at all for 16 of our 18 players. We couldn't be more excited! After a two-year break from recruiting and competing, we have slowly been getting back up to speed. We never placed higher than 9th in the regular season, but now everyone is trained up in all our Superfly zones, knows the dump-swing-continue, and just recently learned "Hoover!" Regionals was in Davis last weekend, and Superfly had an amazing tournament! We took down UC Davis in the "Game to Go" with a decisive 13-3 victory. We then went on to avenge Saturday's loss to UCSD and won the 2nd/3rd placement game 13-6! Here's to peaking at the right time!

 

This year, Nationals is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Flights are extremely expensive, both to MKE as well as to Chicago, where many on the team are flying to save money. Our average ticket price is $975! For some players, this is way more than they can afford. We are hoping to raise enough money to lower the cost players have to pay for their tickets, prioritizing those who need it the most.
