This is Sandy Trew Trauthwein whose journey began 56 years ago when she had cancer as a baby. The treatment was to remove her kidney and extensive radiation therapy at 2 years old.
She now has a rare cancer, Leiomyosarcoma, as a result of the radiation therapy. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy as the first step of her treatment.
Sandy is the youngest of 5 siblings. She is a generous,loving and well-liked person in the community who has devoted her life to her family, her work and raising her three grandchildren.
She is unable to work during chemotherapy and the funds will help tremendously with her rising medical bills. Any amount is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.
