I Need A Kidney

My name is Kenyatta Holmes. I'm 35 years old, I'm also a single parent of two beautiful girls. When I was in high school I was diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease, A disease that was inherited from my father. At the time I was diagnosed I was having a few problems but nothing major. When I was diagnosed the main focus was to maintain my blood pressure. So I was put on 2 meds for blood pressure. So over there years my GFR (kidney Function) slowly declined. I'm February of this year my doctor told me that I was in end stage renal failure, it was very depressing. So I took a few days to try to deal with my health issue. On March 9,2017 I had surgery and I started my first treatment on March 20,2017. My treatments are going great. Last month I took several test to see if the dialysis is working and it is. I've actually regained some kidney Function back. I was told that if I continue doing good I might be off dialysis in due time. But doctors still wants me to go forward with the kidney transplant. I'm not asking for a lot just whatever your heart's desire to donate for this cause. I'm currently out of work due to my health issues. I need any help with paying for the transplant, travel expenses, medicine and a little support to fulfill my motherly duties to my children. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
