Paula's Plight

This is our Mom, Paula. She became paralyzed from the waist down at 30 years old in 1983 after the birth of her last child. Anyone who has met her knows what a truly magical soul she is. Always ready to help anyone and always brightening anyone's day that she encounters. She is the strongest woman I know. She has raised 4 girls as a single mom and out of a wheelchair. She has never felt sorry for herself and has always found a way to give to those less fortunate. She never asks anyone for anything but the time has come that she needs help to make her life sustainable as a paralyzed woman with no income and medical bills that will never stop. So now we, her children are taking over and asking for your help. She has recently has several surgeries and needs money to help make her house livable for her. She needs a bathroom that she can get in, a kitchen she can cook in. She deserves this so much it's impossible to put into words. She needed all these things desperately and then...the great flood of 2016 happened and now the entire house is lost. Now she literally has nothing. She has he clothes on her back. All of her medical supplies and hospital bed are lost in this flood. She is currently staying in her mothers house who passed away 2 months ago but she needs the bathroom to be handicap accessible in the meantime. We are at the point of asking friends family and strangers for help. We know everyone is in need now after this flood, anything is appreciated even if it is just a prayer or a positive thought sent in her direction. Thank you for your time in reading this.
