Sean's Home

Not long ago our friend Sean Smith died twice in an ambulance while he was being transferred to OSF in Peoria, Il. Since then he has made a miraculous recoverey and while the doctors never expected his heart to gain more then 16 or so percent capacity...God knew otherwise and has healed his heart to close the capacity of a completely healthy individual. This alone is a miracle. However, due to the extensive time spent in hospitals, Sean has lost his home in Pekin where he has lived for the past 12 years and he is currently staying in a nursing home. I have chosen to gift Sean with my rental home at cost...no profit will be made on my end; however, the recent tenants left it in poor shape and a great deal of repairs are needed.
