It's Not Weak To Speak 24hrs or 160km trail run is to raise money for Camp My Way Society. Camp My Way is a wilderness program for First Responders and Veterans, designed to give them the tools to overcome Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. 

All funds donated go to Camp My Way for the purpose of paying for 1 or more First Responders or Veterans to attend the next program.

If you have ever had a traumatic event in your life, one of the brave women and men who serve as Police, Firefighters, Ambulance, Paramedics and Soldiers, were there to help you through. I'm asking you to give back to those who face the hardest parts of our lives with compassion, dedication and skill. 

Please donate to this event. I'm committed to run for 24 hours or 160 kilometers, whichever comes first on October the 12th and 13th. I will be going around Burnaby Lake trail, you're free to join me during the parks regular opening hours.
