IT Maxwell's medical fund

IT Maxwell got hit on his commute to work, and he does not have the nice medical plan as the rest of us, since he is hired on as contractor.
The bills for the ambulance and the upcoming surgery will be significant and I would like to see that this unfortunate event does not put a good friend into debt.
