Donna to Germany Cancer Hospital

Donna Schumacher Thomas was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010. She has had countless surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation treatments over the course of the past 6 years. She has been relentless both in her faith and trust in God, as well as her pursuit of health. Recently, in her quest, Donna found a hospital in Germany that can help her. The doctor would like her three week treatment program to begin the END OF MAY through MID-JUNE. Because insurance does not cover treatments outside of the United States, the treatment must be paid for upfront. Thus, the need to help support her efforts. She bravely refuses to give up. Her goal is to be here for her family. Please help her get to Germany for a shot at this life saving treatment.
If you have not ever met Donna, she is the most remarkable woman you may ever meet. She has told me on numerous occasions that this is not about her. She believes she has a purpose through her challenges. She does not question why, instead she remains positive and TRUSTS the plan/purpose God has for her. Time and time again, she has surpassed doctors' expectations/prognosis. As the back of her "Team Thomas" shirts read, "With faith in God, the love of her cowboy, family, and friends, she finds strength." The interesting thing is that while all of us may be her strength, SHE is a source of strength for many of us, as well. May we join together as a team to support Team Thomas!
