Israel Ruiz Medical Fund

Israel Ruiz is a 34 year old young man.  He has 2 young twin boys and moved from Puerto Rico to Allentown after Hurricane Maria.  He was pitching in a baseball game Sunday September 27th in the championship game.  While throwing a pitch his arm broke.  He went to the hospital for surgery but has no health care insurance.  Any help for Israel financially would be amazing.
