Isla Grace Psarev: Heart Surgery #2

Isla Grace Psarev was born with Down's Syndrome and heart defects that required her to undergo open heart surgery for Aortic Corachtation. Today, May 26, she is scheduled for her second surgery to correct her Atriventricular septal defect (ASVD) in Nashville, TN. 

We KNOW God is in control and has already gone before us. Our faith shows us overwhelming peace about this surgery and her recovery. We are thankful for the support from our friends and families who continue to pray for Isla daily. 

We are so happy and proud to call her our niece. She brings us SO much joy! Isla has brought us together in such a way that has changed our perspective of life itself. She has proven to be a perfect example of God's grace, love, and mercy.

According to her parents Yuliya & Slav, she is now twice her birth weight, is rolling over, crushing tummy time, almost sitting up by herself, sucking her toes, close to saying "da-da," eating semi-solids and nursing like a CHAMP, has 1 pearly white tooth, getting out of her nightly swaddles like a warrior, and melting hearts with her smiles everyday. 

We know that Isla is a fighter and believe that she will overcome all the odds coming her way. We would like to ask for your support, either in prayer or financially, to help Yuliya & Slav with any uninsured surgery medical bills, miscellaneous recovery needs, and travel expenses.
