Isidore’s Table is Aurora first plant-based restaurant, and within that distinction comes the responsibility for creating healthy delicious chef-inspired cuisine that appeals not just to a vegan or vegetarian, but to flexitarians and omnivores alike.
Isidore’s Table will serve plant-based foods and beverages that will change YOUR world one bite at a time. Change begins with the first bite as the nutrient dense food brings immediate health benefits to your whole body. Imagine you will leave healthier after having eaten a meal at Isidore’s Table. The next change comes as you begin to learn and understand how eating a diet rich in plant foods can improve the health of your family, community and the planet as a whole. Thirdly, Isidore’s Table will be sourcing foods locally from a variety of organic farms, thereby fostering customers’ appreciation of the quality of their food and promote future growth within our agricultural community.
Funds raised during this campaign will be used to purchase a walk-in cooler for all of the precious fresh produce.
Large capacity, high speed juicing equipment will be purchased along with an ice machine to serve those delicious healing juices, smoothies and farmacy shots. KOMBUCHA on TAP! WOW!
A double deck convection oven will facilitate baking delectable vegan desserts, pastries, cakes, breads and hearty shepard's pie.

A year-round farmers' market within Isidore's Table will bring fresh organic produce to downtown Aurora. Healthy food choices that are affordable AND available is not an impossible dream, it is Isidore's Table.
