Isaiah's College Laptop Fund

Hi, everyone! My name is Isaiah Del Rosario. I am 18 years old and am starting an exciting new chapter of my life. In September I will be leaving my family and lifelong home of Southern California to attend Santa Clara University, and I am trying to raise enough money to buy a new MacBook Pro. I will certainly put it to good use.
In high school, I took nine AP classes and was awarded as an AP Scholar with Distinction. I graduated Cum Laude with a 4.1 GPA, was a Varsity Rower, and started my school's Future Business Leaders' Club.
In my senior year alone I completed 80 hours of community service at Para Los Ninos Charter School, an underprivileged school in the inner-city. In addition, I was involved with various other volunteer organizations in previous years, including The Boys and Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity, and the Ignatian Solidarity Network.
I did this all while commuting over three hours per day from my home in Santa Clarita to LA and back. A lot of people called me crazy for choosing to accept a scholarship at a difficult private school and commute for such a draining trip every day, but I have always remained faithful to God's plan for me no matter how tough it might be. With a lot of sacrifice and support from many people, I was able to get a great education, meet a lot of amazing people, and have an unforgettable and unique high school experience.
Now that I am off to college, I am still in need, even with financial aid and scholarships. Being able to afford a new MacBook Pro would allow me to thrive in highly collaborative and fast paced classes in Business school.
I would be so grateful for any donations and I appreciate your generosity, kindness, and support.
