Isabella’s Shave For Charity

Dear friends and family,

The fight against cancer goes on. There is no one I know who can say they do not have a friend or relative who has battled this terrible illness. Unfortunately this time it’s me.

On the 5th of May my life changed dramatically when I was diagnosed with an aggressive type of bone cancer (LCH). My treatment has consisted of a high dose of steroids, chemotherapy and other medications. The cancer has attacked my leg and hip which meant I spent a period of time unable to walk and in a wheelchair along with that I also encountered some huge changes in my life. I have not been able to go to school and see my friends, I have had to stop all my sports I used to compete in AND I’m starting to lose my hair, which brings me to the point of this fundraiser.

I have decided to shave my head to raise money for the below charities who have helped me ALOT through my journey so far.

- Starlight Childrens Foundation
- Redkite

I have created this go fund me page to help these foundations to assist others who are fighting the same battle as myself.

I’m hoping for your support no matter how big or small to help raise money so I can give back to the people that give to me.  My mum (Natalie Sorrenti) is going to get me some big cheques printed so I can give them to my chosen charities
