Isabella Ochoa Memorial Fund

On behalf of the Ochoa Family:

Isabella Ochoa gained her heavenly wings on Thursday, December 1st, 2022. Following a battle with an unexpected illness during Thanksgiving, Isabella was taken to Kaiser Permanente Fontana's ER, where she had seizures and a high fever for over 10 hours without receiving proper treatment. She was then transferred to Loma Linda University Children's Hospital, where she was intubated and placed on life support. While her family and loved ones were hopeful that she would pull through, she was pronounced brain dead within a few days after arriving at the hospital. She is survived by her mother, Yazmin, her father, Johnny, her younger brother, Diego, and her soon-to-be-born baby sister.

Her family is understandably broken and currently grieving the loss of Isabella (as some of you may know, her mother is pregnant and due at the start of the new year; she also has a younger brother, Diego, who is in preschool). She will be remembered as a bright, vivacious, and beautiful little girl who made immense progress during her short time with us, and who was loved and supported by so many.

This memorial fund will go directly to the family, to provide some measure of support as they prepare funeral arrangements, etc. for sweet Isabella. Any contribution is greatly appreciated.
