Help Isaak make it to the 2024 Youth Olympics

Hi, my name is Isaak and I am a 17 year old bobsleigh athlete from Calgary Alberta with a dream. My dream is to represent Canada at the 2024 youth Winter Olympic Games in PyeongChang, South Korea (host of the 2018 Olympic Winter games). To achieve this dream I have to participate in 4 different training camps and qualifying races that happen all over the world, including South Korea, Lake Placid USA, and Norway. While the Canadian Olympic Committee will provide funding for me to attend the games in January 2024, me and my parents are responsible for the costs to attend the qualifying races.

All the money donated will go towards supporting me and my family in this endeavor. Some of the ways the money will be used is for flights, accommodations, race fees/sled rentals, food and any other expenses associated with bobsleigh. The money will be used sparingly and only on the essentials and not expensive hotels and restaurants.

I already completed the first qualifying race in PyeongChang in February 2023 and the second race in Lake Placid in March 2023. I am proud to say I got a 4th place finish (and a medal) in the last race in Lake Placid.

I am now half way to achieving my dream! I have two more trips that I need to go on. The first trip is to Norway in October and the second trip is back to South

Korea in November. I will also be going to Whistler BC for a training camp before I leave to Norway in October.
