Isaac Meza Recovery Fund

Donation protected
On November 19, 2020, Isaac had a bad crash on his RZR at the Sand Dunes. He was stabilized at the local hospital and then emergently flighted to Phoenix, AZ where he underwent spinal surgery. Isaac suffered an almost complete shatter of his L1/lumbar vertebrae. To repair this injury, he had 2 rods inserted into his back to stabilize his spine. Isaac was discharged from Barrows/St. Joseph’s hospital on November 25th, but continues to suffer from other medical complications related to the injury.

We are thankful that Isaac is able to stand up and walk with the assistance of a walker and his back brace for very short distances at this time. Aside from Isaac’s injury related complications, he is in for a long recovery for he has to wait 12 weeks to heal before he can begin physical therapy.

Isaac is so strong and such a fighter. We hope that he will make a full recovery and pray that it will be with minimal to no deficits.

Isaac’s wife, Leticia has had to take a leave of absence from work to help care for Isaac and aid in his recovery.

Please keep Isaac in your prayers as they are greatly appreciated. I created a GoFundMe for everyone who wants to help our family in this time of need.

With love,
