Super You is a not for profits organisations which teaches TY Students resilience and empowerment in life. Providing tools to help young adults overcome the challenges life will no doubt provide.

We need to raise €100,000 in 2019 to continue the work of Super You all over Ireland.
The IronDad fund raiser is an all Ireland challenge to swim, cycle and run in all 32 counties of Ireland over a 32 day period to help raise awareness and funds for Super You.

1 man – 3,552 kms - 32 days
Swimming, Cycling and Running Ireland
What difference would raising €100,000 make for the Youth of Ireland …
€40,000
… would pay so that 32 Schools in 2019/20 can receive the 6 week Super You Resilience Program teaching empowerment, mental and emotional wellbeing!
This means over 5,000 Transition Year Teenagers will be equipped to deal with real life challenges, reducing stress, worry, anxiety, fear and helping to prevent real challenge’s or self-harm occurring in their life.
€60,000
… would meet the amount required annually to keep the Super You organisation running.
Since Super You start in 2017 over 5,000 Teenagers have been positively influenced by Super You Education.
€15,000
… would build the online Training Resource so that the Super You Program can be made available to every Teenager in Ireland and Beyond!
This means that teenagers who need help with anxiety, fear, purpose in life, or more challenging issues have access 24 hours a day to tools which could save their life.
€15,000
… would help train Super You Educators to Deliver Super You in every County in Ireland.
This means that massive positive change can be created for future years. Super You Goal is that every TY Student approx. 60,000 per year in Ireland receives teaching in Empowerment, Mental and Emotional Well Being. As you can imagine to realise this dream would need many Super You Educators!
€20,000
… would help Super You Educators Mentor TY Students to create massive change in their local community by create an annual empowerment conference organised by the students to raise money for local charities.
This means students can learn the power of giving back to local charities. At Super You we believe in Contribution at the end of the 6week program we encourage students to get involved in making a difference in their local community.
Every cent you donate will help us reach this Dream!

I am passionate about helping our youth! With this challenge my goal is to spread the word of super you and help raise funds for this organisation to continue the great work.
Many people believe they can’t do a triathlon, however if I can come from being 16 stone, doing no exercise, to breaking a Guinness World Record in 12 months, anyone can do a triathlon!
