Baseball Ireland welcomes all friends and family to the 2020 Ireland Baseball National team campaign!
The past 2 years were unbelievable for Ireland Baseball and our National Team, with the team making history by winning our first European championship in 2018. In 2019, we built on that success, competing in the next tier of European Baseball in the B Pool championships in Bulgaria. In 2020, we look to continue this growth, with a spot in the 2020 B Pool Championships in Zagreb, Croatia. Our program is excited about the opportunity in front of us!
Given this, Ireland Baseball kindly asks for your support for the Baseball Boys in Green.
Background
After victory in the 2018 C Pool tournament, Ireland earned promotion to the 2019 B Pool Championships in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria. Our 5th place finish this tournament granted us a spot in the 2020 B Pool tournament in Zagreb, Croatia. The winner of this tournament will earn a spot in the 2021 European A Pool Championships. This is our goal.
It is a busy and very exciting year for Irish Baseball!

Roster
The Team roster is a mix of Irish resident players, Irish-American and Irish-Canadian dual citizens. All players are citizens of Ireland.
Our Request
We are seeking donations and support from friends and family from Ireland, the United States, and Canada to assist with chasing our baseball dream, and to help offset team expenses, including uniforms, airfare, lodging, meals, and other team costs.
Funds will be withdrawn at regular intervals and applied to the above mentioned costs, starting with team accommodation and travel, proceeding to the remaining expenses, subject to the amount of money raised.
