Invasion Of The Dead SFM Animator Funding

Hi, my name is William Gunchick. You may know me better as Jeddalo from Youtube/Twitch. I'm opening this fundraiser for funds to pay an animator that knows how to use Source Filmmaker for Season 1 of my zombie series, Invasion Of The Dead.

Let me give you a bit of history about my journey with this title to those who are just finding out about this project. In 2009, I wanted to start a horror series for my Youtube channel. I did a lot of browsing on Youtube for ideas on what to make, and I came across many Garry's Mod videos using zombies with the word Invade or Invasion in the title. I had been a big fan of the zombie genre for most of my life and wanted to make a zombie series for the channel. Invade, and Invasion kept standing out to me, so I took the word Invasion and decided to put a George Romero twist to it; thus, Invasion Of The Dead was born.

I've worked with quite a few people who took total creative control over the series, making it their own and not letting me, the creator, get an inch away from my project vision. I'm currently working with someone who is allowing me to have total control of my imagination. We are making this reboot in a way that will pay homage to my 2009 original run and my 2011 remake run of the series while delivering something new and fresh to the series. The last two incarnations of the series were done in a first-person style, where the episodes were presented from the eyes of the protagonist; this time around, I want to show the series in a more cinematic light, and I believe that mainly using Source Filmmaker for the majority of the episodes, and Garry's Mod for other aspects of the episodes that would be harder to animate. Sadly, I am very new to Source Filmmaker and still have a long way to go before I feel comfortable taking on the challenge of animating well. After being unable to find an animator for little to no money to pay them for over a year, I've decided to open a Gofundme fundraiser for the project.

Your donation will pay the animator to animate each episode; this will help fund the season one run of episodes. Your donation will be a massive help in getting season one completed, and I'm hoping things will go well so that I won't need to raise funds for season two, but we shall see how things go.
