Sie haben sich auf die Profi-Vereine verlassen und dementsprechend auf den Abschluss eines Vertrages gewartet. Der ist aber nie zustande gekommen. Während die Männer ihren Gehalt weiter bekommen, erhalten die Spielerinnen im beste Fall milde Gaben ihrer Vereine.

Könnt ihr euch vorstellen eine Leistung zu erbringen und nicht dafür bezahlt zu werden? Oder auf ein dreimonatiges Projekt pro Jahr zu warten und davon zu (über)leben? Mehr Berufung als Beruf: so ist die Situation der Fußballspielerinnen in Kolumbien.

Selbstverständlich sind die Fußballerinnen mehr denn je in dieser Corona-Krise schutzbedürftig, da die meisten über keinen Vertrag verfügen und somit nicht sozial - oder krankenversichert sind. Die Profi-Vereine haben “auf Grund der Ausnahmesituation" die Vergabe der Verträge zurückgezogen.

Für die Spielerinnen eine dramatische Situation. Nun bitten sie uns um Hilfe. Seid ihr für sie da? Zeigt ihr Solidarität? Hier könnt ihr es machen.

Can you imagine doing a job and not getting paid for it? Or waiting for a three month project per year and living on it? More a vocation than a profession: that's the situation of female football players in Colombia.

Of course, more than ever, female footballers in Colombia are in desperate need of protection in the corona crisis we live through, as most of them do not have a contract and are therefore not covered by any kind of social or health insurance. The professional clubs have withdrawn their contracts "because of the exceptional situation". Some of them can no longer stand the circumstances and fall back on the journalists ad ask us for help. Therefore we can no longer close our eyes to such a situation. Will you help? Do you spare a dime in this hard times? Show solidarity! Here!

Catalina Usme (Jugadora de la Selección Colombia): Yo me atrevo a decir que hay muchas niñas del fútbol femenino que hoy pasan hambre...Estaban proyectando que les iban a hacer unos contratos y nunca pasó... Cómo no va a existir un recurso para las jugadoras, un mínimo vital?


¿Te imaginas un trabajo en el que no te remuneran lo que te corresponde? ¿O si tienes que esperar cada año por un proyecto que tiene una duración máxima de dos a tres meses ? Más que una profesión es una vocación, en la que no es más sostenible para las futbolistas profesionales en Colombia.

La crisis del Covid-19 llegó en el peor momento para las jugadoras, la mayoría a punto de firmar un contrato que nunca llegó y eso apenas a semanas de comenzar la liga. Ellas se encuentran también en el grupo de los más vulnerables de esta crisis en Colombia. Muchas no disponen ni de seguridad social. Es más, dependen de limosnas y de que los clubes les ayuden voluntariamente.

Los equipos profesionales decidieron no darle garantías contractuales a las jugadoras debido al parón del fútbol por la emergencia sanitaria y así que muchas de ellas están desprotegidas y buscan ayuda incansablemente, sobre todo en las periodistas. Esto nos motivó a crear esta campaña y a ayudar más allá de las publicaciones en los medios. Es hora de apoyar más allá de las palabras. Es hora de vivir sororidad.

La donación se transfiere en su totalidad al comité colombiano de jugadoras profesionales, no nos quedamos con un solo centavo.
