Integrative Medicine For All!

Donation protected

This campaign is designed to set up a Foundation that raises money for people suffering from various chronic illnesses, ranging from cancer to chronic pain to digestive diseases, psychiatric disorders and everything in between.

Many people in the U.S. have limited insurance coverage that does not cover effective, well-researched, relatively cheap Integrative Medicine therapeutic modalities, such as acupuncture, mind-body medicine, yoga training, nutritional training, trauma treatment, massage therapy, meditation classes, chiropractic, herbal medicine, etc. The dollars contributed through this campaign will go directly to those in need of Integrative Medicine services, first in New Mexico and later nationwide. New Mexico, despite being rich in cultural healing traditions, is the second poorest state in the nation.

The plan, with your help, is to create the Foundation, obtain non-profit status and work with providers in their businesses to discount their services (similar to what an insurance company brokers with medical systems). Then, providers of Integrative services will have the autonomy to reach out and ask for funding when they meet patients who would benefit from their discounted services. The providers help aid the healing of their patients, while the discounted bill is submitted for payment to the Foundation. It's a win-win situation!

Providers in the program can also refer to others in the program, creating a rich network of healers treating the Underserved.  Eventually, I see the Foundation growing to fund larger projects, such as mobile clinics and/or outreach programs.

This Fund will directly empower people to live healthy, rewarding lives for generations to come. I see the power of change in people's health transform into amazing things through the use of these modalities. Pitch in today.

Together, we can change lives!
