Insurance payment help

Donation protected
I work in the medical industry and have for 20+ years. While this is my chosen field and what I absolutely love to do each and every day, the job I do isn't a high paying position. I work the front desk for an orthopedic/plastic surgery office. Previously in my career I've worked for companies who offer health insurance so it's never been a problem but in this particular job they didn't at the start and then offered me ACA insurance that cost $500 a month. I was on Medicaid for a bit at the start and then came the news that my $30,000 a year job was too high to continue getting insurance through the state. I was devastated at having to go through the marketplace to get insurance but it was my only choice so I made it work. Every year the premiums have gone up by double digits whereas my pay per hour didn't. I'm now stuck with a $180 a month premium that I haven't been able to pay for 3 months now which means I'm losing my insurance. I wouldn't care but I have type II diabetes, post-partum (diagnosed in 1999 and is currently under control) thyroid issues, arthritis in my hands and left knee (which needs to be replaced but I'm nowhere near being able to afford that) and near crippling depression. My doctor (she's a good doctor) insists on blood tests every 6 months and an office visit which means now that my insurance has lapsed I will no longer be able to get my medicine.  If there's anything you can do I would be grateful. If you have questions about my life or background I'm happy to respond.
