Install a Fence for Healing

Thank you deeply and sincerely for the many outpourings of support over the last few days from people willing to help us cope with Mark's death. We appreciate all of you. I've set up this page for those of you who would like to give something tangible that would greatly impact Mandi's daily life as she begins to heal. 

Mark's death was graphic and incredibly traumatic for Mandi, who discovered his body. The location where his death took place is immediately visible from a number of highly-trafficked areas of our home: our kitchen, our bathroom, our bedroom, our carport, and the majority of our backyard. 

We would like to build a fence around our backyard in order to block this view and let us sleep in a bit more peace. Not being forced to see this spot every day would be a tremendous aid in the healing process and help us to start making our home feel safe and comfortable again. 

As Mandi begins counseling and we move forward in the grieving process, know that this gift is far more impactful than flowers, food dishes, or sympathy cards. She would appreciate it immensely. 

I've received three estimates that run over $8,000, including permits and taxes.
