innovative stroke treatment

Hey guys, I'm a 21 year old male that had a severe stroke at 17. It left me with right side paralysis and spactisisty, I also have memory loss and speech problems. I recently heard about this groundbreaking research in Florida where they inject the back of my neck with this liquid and it can fix everything that's wrong with my body. It only has a one in five success rate but I'm willing to take those odds, it will improve life for me significantly because at the moment life is pretty shit, the goal is quite a lot of money and I understand it might not happen but every little bit helps! I've done every bit of rehab possible but now there's no more room for improvement I know that there is a possibility of the procedure not working at all but I have high hopes. I've tried everything else and this is my last chance at going back to being normal
