Innovation Center: Project Poseidon
Donation protected
The Innovation Center Aquatic Robotics team is focused on developing robotic solutions to solve complex conservation problems. We began when the Denver Zoo asked us to build, test and deliver an Open ROV underwater drone to Dr. Arturo Muñoz, a conservation biologist studying the endangered Lake Titicaca frog.
Since then, we have begun designing and testing our own custom products, including Project Poseidon, Überkugel, and an underwater shark measuring wand. You can learn more about our team at https://blogs.svvsd.org/icart/
To continue this work, we are looking for people to invest in us! Please consider making a contribution to our Go Fund Me Campaign. Proceeds raised from our campaign will support:
- Up to 500 student hours
- Materials for prototyping (acrylic, electronics)
- Equipment (sensors,
- Travel
- Outreach and curriculum development
