Help Svetlana save the dogs from hell pound!

The situation of dogs in the Eastern European countries is something difficult to describe without using words as cruel, irresponsible, barbaric, abuse, massacre, inhumane, mass killings, atrocious. In those areas dogs are not considered sentient beings; there is no social empathy and public awareness on this matter.
For social, cultural or whatever reasons it may be, there is an absolute lack of management of the canine population . It became so appalling that has involved other countries and people in an unstoppable action to deliver some help by rescuing and homing those whose only sin is to be born.
Recently I came across this lady on the social media, who is determined to do her best to help these innocent souls.
Svetlana Balbuena has been feeding the stray dogs in Bor area, Serbia, and rescuing them from the death in Bor killer shelter when she can find sponsors. But it's becoming each time more difficult, more dogs are caught and locked in the pounds, funds are nonexistent. She is desperate to do much more, but then she needs to ask for help. Pound dogs can't wait, their days are counted, death will arrive in barbaric ways, and they know that. In her own words:
"Hell pound in Bor: more than 200 beautiful innocent dogs are begging for help, for rescue..stray dogs of all ages, sizes and hair, caught from streets and taken to this hell.
Enclosed 24 h in those tiny rusty cages, many of them even bigger than a cage itself, standing on rusty bars with not any solid base..they never leave a cage, never have a walk even the shortest one, never feel a nice human touch..not mentioning their constant cry for help whenever someone enters there...their desperate hope that someone would open a cage and set them free.
It’s unbearable, heartbreaking and I’ll never get used to seeing them like that and I don’t want to..they have no future there unless you help me to help them, please.
I managed to rescue some of them, but without funds I cannot continue rescuing.
There are currently 200 babies doomed to death if we don’t help them.
Please don’t ignore them, they have no life in that killing shelter unless I manage to take them out, their days are counted.
To take them to safety (pension) costs 50€ per month per dog (food and regular cleaning included).
No contribution is small!

Please, don't ignore Svetlana desperate appeal. Especially, don't ignore the look on those faces transformed by fear and terror, crying for help, they need URGENT help. They are all beautiful dogs who will be good family pets, and that's how they will gratify you.
They just happened to be born in a place where they are considered vermin and given no value at all.
The raised funds will be used to free as many as possible from the killer pound and place them in a pension, where they will be cared for until they are ready to be adopted.
They are sweet innocent dogs, don't deserve to die behind bars in the most cruel ways without ever having felt the warmth of a loving home, the love of a human being.
Please, help us to save them.
