In The Ring For The Chamberlains

My dear friend Alexis has been diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. You hear people say things in a time like this that things like this only happen to other people. But here we are, rallying around her in the fight of a lifetime.   

I’ve thought, if there is anyone that I know with a fighting spirit, it’s Alexis. She’s the strongest person I know. Like many of us, life has given her reasons to surrender and give up.  But instead, she has always shown up for her life every day, with a fierce dedication to her family to turn any challenge on its head.

Right now there are many questions without answers. But what is certain is that she needs her tribe in the ring to be strong with her now. The immediate future will bring long distance travel expenses for a family of four to the larger cities to meet with doctors and specialists, out of pocket medical costs, lost income on their family farm, childcare, you name it.  If you are able, please consider making a contribution and share to help lighten their burden, allowing them to focus on health and family.

UPDATE: 2/24/20. It's been less than 24 hours , and I just want to thank everyone who has already wrapped their arms around this family and shared loving words, donated and spread the word. This girl is loved by her community! <3
