We were hit with the sudden news June of 2018 that our Team Member and close friend Jyoti Chand was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer. Over the past 18 years at Eden Street Salon and Day Spa she touched so many guests and was a support to many during their hard times.
While Jyoti has been fighting a courageous battle we have been focused on raising funds for Ovarian Cancer Canada to bring awareness to this horrible disease. Now it is time to help Jyoti directly to show our love!
She has been transferred over to a Chemotherapy Pill which depending on the amount of pills taken per day can cost upwards of $9,000 per month. The stress of battling this disease and its uncertainty is taking its toll on her husband Paul and her 3 children.
The funds raised will be shared directly with her family to help ease the stress of this financial burden.
