In support of Frank Quirke by Tipperary Foxhounds

We are raising funds in support of our friend Frank Quirke, who had a life changing accident before Christmas. Frank broke his neck and is paralysed from the chest down. Frank was self employed and has eight children from ages 17 to 1. All support is very gratefully received. The beneficiary of all funds is Frank’s wife Judy Philpott and their family.
